Green Zone

This zone is a functional training studio with classes designed for beginners and those who have not been training for a long time. The zone is mainly a preparation zone and classes focus on teaching.


Purple Zone

This zone will help you focus on your mobility, flexibility and balance, no matter what level of fitness you are at.


Aqua Zone

In this zone you’ll find a large swimming pool divided into 3 areas and aqua cardio machines for people with joint problems. Group exercises in this area are suitable for all fitness levels.


Group PT Zone

This is an open zone located in the strength area. One trainer focuses on 6 members maximum and trains them based on their fitness level.


Spin Zone

In this zone you'll find spinning studio equipped with 30 spinning bikes connected to the big screen for an even better experience. We designed different workouts for different levels of fitness.


Yellow Zone

In this zone, you’ll find functional and strengthening exercises designed for intermidiate which will enhance strength and agility, boost cardiovasclar capacity, and many more!


Red Zone

In this zone advanced trainees will practice weightlifting, plyometric, gymnastics and military movements that will help increasing power, strength and speed.


Pink Zone

In this zone we offer nice fitness workouts such as dance and aerobics for all levels in order to help you keep in shape in a fun and easy way.
